Founded on the Field.
Built on Trust.

Our Story
Hunterman Compliance Solutions was founded in 2019 on a single observation. The HSE industry had split itself into silos. Some firms staffed operators. Some firms audited contractors. Almost none did both with real depth—and the few that tried rarely generated the knowledge flow that made either side better for the combination.
HCS was built to close that gap. It supports major operators on AFE-billable on-demand project support and builds HSE programs for the contractors competing for operator work. The knowledge that flows between the two sides is what makes Hunterman difficult to replicate. No pure staffing firm builds that flow. No documentation-only provider builds it either.
HCS and its leadership bring deep experience supporting major operators including Noble Midstream, Noble Energy, Tesoro Logistics, and Phillips 66, alongside active multi-business-unit engagements with a Fortune 20 global energy major. References available under NDA.
Hunterman is guided by Certified Safety Professionals—the highest recognized credential in HSE management. The team is lean and focused, doing one thing exceptionally well: HSE compliance and training.
Protecting people, projects, and the contractors who build them.
Hunterman delivers HSE compliance and training solutions across any industry where safety is mission-critical.

“Safety First” treats safety as the opening item on a list—the thing a crew addresses in the morning meeting and then moves past. We work under a different banner: Safety Incorporated. Safety is not the first item on the list. Safety is woven into every item on the list. Every decision, every task, every conversation, every shift—at work and at home.
The Core Values below are the specific commitments that bring Safety Incorporated to life on every engagement.

Our core values guide every decision HCS makes. Rooted in trust, safety, and excellence, HCS SERVEs operators and the contractors who support them by upholding the highest standards in every engagement.
Safety
Safety is the thread woven through every decision, every task, and every shift—at work and at home. HCS works under the banner of Safety Incorporated, not Safety First. Safety is not the opening item on a morning meeting agenda that a crew moves past; safety is what the crew carries into every item on the agenda. That discipline is what produces a 0.0 TRIR record across millions of manhours, and that discipline is what HCS carries to every engagement.
Ethics
Ethics in HSE work means refusing to let commercial interest compromise the safety outcome. That definition is narrow on purpose. The temptation in HSE consulting is to soften an inconvenient finding, to recommend the bigger engagement over the right one, or to accept work that is not the right
fit—because the alternative in each case costs revenue. HCS chooses the HSE outcome every time, because the trust that operators and contractors place in HCS cannot survive even one instance of commercial compromise at the expense of safety.
Respect
The people doing the work are the authority on what the work is. Every worker on a site carries experience HCS does not have, and the best HSE outcomes come from combining what each person on the crew sees—not from overriding it. HCS personnel integrate into your operations. Safe work happens inside the job, carried by the same people making the decisions about how the job gets done. That is how Safety Incorporated takes root on a work site.
Vision
Hunterman Compliance Solutions was built to close a gap the industry had accepted—the separation between the firms that staff operators and the firms that audit contractors. Neither side alone produces the knowledge flow that makes each side better. HCS sits in the middle by design. What HCS learns on an operator site strengthens the next contractor audited. What HCS learns from a contractor engagement strengthens the next operator deployment. That is what vision looks like when it is operational, not aspirational.
Excellence
Every worker goes home whole at the end of every shift. That outcome is not a goal; it is a measurable result of every engagement and the standard by which HCS is judged. A 0.0 TRIR record across engagements with Noble Midstream, Noble Energy, Tesoro Logistics, Phillips 66, and a Fortune 20 global energy major is the standard HCS has set. And the standard HCS is committed to maintaining in every engagement that follows. Excellence in HSE work is not something HCS claims. Excellence is something HCS is measured against, shift after shift.
