Most contractors HCS works with have the same six categories of gaps when they come through the door. This checklist lays them out in the order HCS typically sees them: Operator Qualifications, Training Records, Training Matrix, Training Delivery Capability, Standards Currency, and ISNetworld Account Management.

Work through the questions honestly. If more than a few answers concern you, your HSE program has the same pattern of gaps HCS sees in most contractors. That observation is not a judgment. It is a pattern. And the pattern is almost always fixable.
